IndoreIndore is the largest city and also the commercial capital of the state of Madhya Pradesh. It is set on the Malwa Plateau and lies just south of the Satpura Range. The administrative headquarters of the Indore District and the Indore Division is located here. Indore formerly used to be the summer capital of Central India.

Indore experiences a sub tropical climate with humidity. The summer months are hot and humid while the winter months are cool and pleasant. Rainfall is moderate. The ideal time of coming to Indore is in between the months of October and March when the weather is pleasant with little rainfall.
