Chail is one of the popular hill stations in India. Located in the state of Himachal Pradesh, Chail was the formerly the summer capital of Patiala. It is around 43 kms from the capital city of Shimla and is known for its scenic beauty and idyllic weather. Hundreds of tourists and nature lovers come to Chail to spend some time amidst the lap of nature.
Chail in Himachal Pradesh is set in the midst of the Himachal region of the Himalayas. There are three hills- Rajgarh Hill, Sadh Tiba and Pandhewa Hill which surround the place. The whole town has a sprawling vegetation of deodar and pine vegetation. The apple orchards also add to the scenic beauty of the place.
