Comments : I would like to thank you for making our holiday go well. Other than the first few hitches, it went really well, and we loved the tour.

I apologise for being upset in your office on the 22nd. I rather lost my temper and had visions of the entire trip being like that, but the driver we had in dehli for the rest of that day was lovely, so was the guide, and the driver we got in Bhopal was really excellent too. He had good humour, he was a careful driver, and was always on time. I have no idea what his name was but he did a really excellent job.

The hotels were all good quality, the Palace hotel in Mandu was a delightful surprise as we had no idea we were staying somewhere so wonderful, and the sights on the tour were excellent. When we finished the tour we went back to dehli (our flight was one of the ones rerouted due to the pilots strike but the airport staff got us onto another plane back to dehli!) we took a tour of the golden triangle and neither of us liked it as much as the central india classical tour.

I have recommended your company to various friends who are thinking of travelling to India in the future.

As mentioned during our discussion in Delhi, we strongly advise you not to reccommend the Oberoi Maidens for accommo-dation purposes. Main reasons are: poor breakfast choice/service, rooms without windows, no direct access to regulate air conditioning in the room (done through reception).

Looking into the 2010, we certainly wish to come back to GOA. Can you pls quote the going rate (Mar 2010) for a Lagoon Suite for 7 nights (with breakfast) starting 27 March 2010. At this point, we do not know whether a round trip somewhere will be on the agenda or not.

We found everything to be wonderful and especially appreciate you being able to rearrange our tours due to my husband's illness. Just to give the feedback according to your form:

Hotels: Amazing! I never met more hospitable and caring staff and the accommodations were gorgeous.

Tour Guides: The gentleman who took us around Delhi was so knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to talk with him. Wish the tour could have been longer!

Transport: The drivers were very courteous and safe--even in that thick fog! Our driver to Agra was great to talk with as well.

The only suggestion I can think of is to maybe offer some different types of shopping stops according to the traveler's budget. The rug shop and marble shop in Agra were amazing and educational, but mostly out of our price range.

Thanks for everything. We really enjoyed it.

This is India in the XXIth century ! High international standards.

Nice location. No more than 3 stars hotel for service.

RAJ VILAS PALACE, Bikaner
Don't send any people in this hotel ! It's not clean, the food in not good, the breakfast is poor.
We had diner at the "Laxmi Niwas Palace", highly recommended.

GORBANH PALACE, Jaisalmer
Very good hotel.

TAJ HARI MAHAL, Jodhpur
One of the best we had during the journey.

SHIV NIWAS, Udaipur
Nice location, fabulous diner at the pool side, but… the room was small and we expected a better furniture in such a place.

SABA HAVELI, Jaipur
We are very sorry to have complained about this hotel. Mr. Sanjay Rai and people working with him are very lovely. We were exhausted when we arrived in this crowded huge city and we where very much disappointed by the outside walls. We think it would be worth making the front wall more attractive, with some plants and flowers in the first courtyard instead of old cars. The second court yard and the dining room are much more pleasant. It's a 3 stars hotel.
Samode Haveli, where we had diner, is a 4 stars hotel.

GATEWAY, Agra
Nice place for a Gateway hotel, not for a Taj hotel. It's good they have changed the name. Nice view over the Tah Mahal… when there is no fog !

GUIDE
Fortunately, we didn't have any guide. We don't like travelling with a guide.
Mr. Devender Singh gave us the explanations we needed.

TRANSPORT
Mr. Devender Singh is a very good driver. He speaks very good English. He is very helpful.
He understood very quickly what we needed, which kind of tourists we where.
A high quality person !

TRIP EXPERIENCE
The trip justified our expectations.
The program was good, nothing to change.
The most memorable stops where Jaisalmer and Udaipur, two small cities where it was possible to walk.
We don't like so much the big cities where you always have to drive from one place to another.

It was very nice to meet you there in your office on my first day in India. Mono Lal was also very kind to me -- an excellent choice for meeting me at the airport! Say hello to him for me. Tell him I very much enjoyed my trip in the tuk-tuk back from your office to my hotel. Several other young people in tuk-tuks laughed to see me, obviously a western tourist, riding in a tuk-tuk. I took pictures of a couple of them and they came out quite well.

The best hotel, incidentally, was Shree Ram International in Jodhpur. It was in Jodhpur also that I had the best guide, Hari. He had excellent English and was very intelligent and very kind.

Our driver was absolutely amazing - best driver worldwide - always focus on the road - punctually and professional - we will miss him-(Delhi -Agra - Rathambore - Jaipur).

Guide in Agra was very good and very well connected so we saved a lot of time.

Guide in Jaipur was absolutely professional and explained very well the monuments and the Indian culture and history - exceed our expectations top service.

Representative in Udaipur was more than professional and very helpful  absolutely amazing service.

Guide in Delhi and Udaipur ware also good - meets our expectations.

THE PARK - meets our expectations - best breakfast - clean - very good reception - helpful and fast - gym and spa very good and professional equipped.

OBEROI AGRA - exceed or expectations - amazing locations - room are perfect - greatest service - very good breakfast - receptions fast - all more than perfect.

RATHAMBORE - TAJ LODGE - nice room - good service - breakfast could be improved especially should be cleaner, buffet was a really messy and the table was not very clean - dinner food and service were good.

SHIV VILAS JAIPUR - the most beautiful location with the worst service we have experienced - complicated - problems with air-conditioning - it was very cold than after 10 telephone calls and a lot of patience they manage to set the room to a normal temperature but was smelling very bad (like burning) - breakfast the coffee was cold and after complaining the bring the coffee cold again - the second day we asked breakfast in the room as we have early departure and they delivered 15 min too late and no coffee and tee  - we complained with the manager on duty more than once and they were able just to say "sorry" without any try to make things better - gym and spa were a disaster no professional people have been there to help the guests - swimming pool cold water all day.

FATEH PARKASH PALACE UDAIPUR - very interesting locations - perfect service very professional - perfect timing - all great  beautiful and very comfortable room - good food and professional room service.

Comments : Greetings for the New Year, I just want to thank Indian holiday for the excellent service provided during our tour, there were some stumbling blocks like the Hotel in Manali and transport from Delhi train station but these issues were followed up immediately and yourself and Vinay were available at all hours to assist. All the guides and drivers were prompt and provided good service except for the one in Delhi who actually robbed us, as he charged us for entrance fees that he had not paid, we did not mind paying the fees, if the beneficiary was the actual tourist attraction, he not only robbed us but also took the money that was actually meant for the Jama Masjid, dealing with a dishonest person is not good for your Company and would impact negatively on future business.

The driver Raj that was assigned to us from Delhi all the way through to Jaipur was excellent, he was very helpful and conducted himself in a very respectful and honest manner, was always ready on time, neat and kept the vehicle in immaculate condition. The guides in Amritsar, Goa and Jaipur were very good; they were very knowledgeable and presented themselves in a professional manner.

Overall we had an excellent tour and we would definitely recommend your services to others in our Country. We also will be returning in the future and will most definitely use your services again.
