Gandhi Jayanti

Gandhi Jayanti is one of the most important days in the India travel calendar as it celebrates the "birth anniversary of the father of the nation", Mahatma Gandhi. The great man was born on October 2. 1869. His contributions towards freedom struggle of India are immense. Mahatma Gandhi was also known for his unique technique of "Satyagraha".
