Documents for application of visa to Goa from Japan
are accepted from Monday to Friday between 9.30 am and
11 am.
Delivery of visa is done from Monday to Friday, between
4 pm and 4.30 pm.

Tourist Visa can be acquired for a maximum of 6 months.
The requirements for a tourist visa are
- Two recent passport size photographs
- Passport with a minimum validity of six months
- Visa fee of Yen 1,200
Application form can be easily got from the Indian Embassy. Photocopies of application forms are also accepted. Visa application form sent by fax is not accepted by the embassy. Visa is usually issued on the third working day from the day of submission of application.
Applicants of Indian origin, and the spouses of Indian nationals, can obtain a visa valid for five years. The visa fee is Yen 17,700. However, proof of the country of origin is required.
Foreigners living in Japan for a period less than five years are expected to pay additional fee of Yen 3,000.
