Applications for all passport related services are received at the counter from 09.30 am to 1.00 pm on all working days.
All foreign nationals, including children require visa to enter India. The High Commission has jurisdiction over New Zealand, Republic of Samoa, Republic of Kiribati and Republic of Nauru.
Visas can be applied for in person or by post at the High Commission of India. The processing of applications will take a minimum of three working days from the date of receipt of the application for those applicants who are not ordinarily residents of New Zealand.
Requirements
Following are the requirements for visa to Goa from

Original passport valid for at least six months
Visa fee is payable in cash only at the counter of the
High Commission of India. Applicants may also pay by
bank draft in favor of High Commission of India, Wellington
payable at Wellington.
Personal cheques and credit cards are not accepted.
Kindly note that fees once received will not be refunded
under any circumstances, even if the application is
withdrawn by the applicant.
