Though Manas National Park is best known as a Tiger Reserve and a World Heritage Site , its varied avian population too has been an important reason behind the major tourist flock at this national park for decades. Situated amid the backdrop of the majestic Himalayan foothills, this National Park extends to Bhutan by crossing the international border.
