Sariska Wildlife Sanctuary
The Sariska Wildlife Sanctuary is located in the Alwar district of Rajasthan. Made up of craggy cliffs, grasslands and dry deciduous forests, it is home to animals like the leopard, nilgai, wild boar, hyena, sambhar, wild boar and four horned antelope. The sanctuary has a sizeable population of peafowl besides golden backed woodpeckers, crested serpent eagles and quails.
