Day 01: Arrival Guwahati
On Arrival at Guwahati airport our represen- tative will welcome you. Enjoy a city tour of Guwahati and shop at the local market.
An important city of appealing Assam, Guwahati is often regarded as the gateway to the northeast region of India. Located at a convenient location for tourists, it offers easy access to many places of interest in Assam.
Start cruise upstream to Kurua. Stay on board overnight.

Day 02: Ganesh Pahar
Cruise upstream enjoying the hills and tea gardens on the riverbank. Stop at Ganesh Pahar, to enjoy the landscape.
One of the most picturesque hills in Assam, Ganesh Pahar is abundant with lush tea gardens.

Day 03: Further Upstream
Cruise further upstream today. Stop to visit a local riverside village and revel in the view of the Himalayas.

Day 04: Orang National Park
Cruise further upstream to Orang National Park today and enjoy an elephant ride. Also visit Singri Ghat.
Orang National Park, popularly known as mini Kaziranga or simply Orang, is located on the north bank of the river Brahmaputra. The park is also famous for a wide variety of animal and bird species. It is also a favored spot for migratory birds.

Day 05: Tezpur
Cruise to Tezpur and visit the 6th century Da Parbatia temple ruins. Later explore the town by cycle rickshaw and visit Cole Park and the bungalow of Alexander Bruce. Tezpur is the cultural capital of appealing Assam. The city abounds in archaeological sites, hills, lakes and gardens.
The doorframe of Da - Parbatia is the finest and oldest specimen of sculptural art in Assam and its carving is characteristic of the style of the Gupta school of Art.

Day 06: Steemer Ghat - Kaziranga
Cruise to moor at Steemer Ghat. In the afternoon drive to Kaziranga's Western Range for a jeep safari.
Steemer Ghat is a lovely beach flanked by jungle-covered hills. Enjoy spectacular views from the long river bridge, on the widest river of India, the Brahmaputra before you embark for Kaziranga.

Day 07: Kaziranga
Today, drive to Kaziranga's Central Range for an early morning elephant ride. After breakfast, walk through terraced tea gardens and tribal villages followed by a jeep safari in the little visited Eastern Range of Kaziranga. Alternatively return to Steemer Ghat and visit a Assamese villages nearby.
An elephant ride in the Kaziranga National Park is the best way to catch the beasts uninhibited in their natural habitat. Watch the one horned rhino and other animals. Also mingle with tribal communities known as Karbi and Missing. Their villages there are represent the best of nature at appealing Assam.

Day 08: Departure Transfer
Your journey ends. You can further extend the cruise, or drive back to Guwahati or Tezpur airports to board a flight for your onward destination.
