The Tour Tariff includes:

• Ride in the luxury train "The Golden Chariot“ in a plush cabin with
  attached bathroom
• All meals, including tea, coffee and mineral water
• Gala Dinner in Poovar
• Air-conditioned deluxe bus for sightseeing
• Kathakali dance recital in Kochi
• Entrance fees to museums and monuments
• Travel documents
• Local Taxes and fees
• German and English speaking guides

The Tour Tariff does not include:

• Personal expenditures like tips, Spa Wagon, Business - centre, etc.
• Alcoholic beverages
• Flights
• Visa for India

Reservation Policy of Splendor of the South - The Golden Chariot

In case of FITs:

• 20% of ticket value at the time of booking confirmation.
• Remaining 80% of ticket value 30 days prior to departure.

In case of Group:

• 50% of ticket value during booking confirmation.
• Remaining 50% of ticket value 45 days prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy of Splendor of the South - The Golden Chariot

In case of FITs:

• 5% of the ticket value if cancellation is done until 60 days before departure.
• 20% of the ticket value if cancellation is done between 30-59 days before departure.
• 50% of the ticket value if cancellation is made between 15-29 days before departure.
• 100% of the ticket value if the cancellation is made 14 days before departure.

In case of Group:

• 10% of the ticket value if cancellation is made until 60 days before departure.
• 25% of the ticket value if cancellation is made between 30-59 days before departure.
• 75% of the ticket value if cancellation is made between 15-29 days before departure.
• 100% of the ticket value if the cancellation is made 14 days before departure.
