Short Journeys on Maharajas' Express

Special Notes:

• The short journey comes with added feature of flexibility. Within the featured journey, a part of the trip can be booked from one preferred destination to other.
• From the well structured trip given above in the document, a 3 or 4 day trip can be booked.
• The flexibility option for journey by Maharajas' Express is available till December 2011.
• The cabins available for the above mentioned option is available on first cum first basis. There are limited seats for the same.
• The condition is granted for cabins such Junior Suites and Deluxe Suites. (This is subject to availability of cabins on scheduled journeys).
• The price is calculated per head for every journey undertaken by Maharajas' Express.
• There is no such time limit for the bookings. It is confirmed after 50 percent of the payment is done for the journey.
• All the rates are subject to 2.575 % of Government Service Tax.
• The rates mentioned are offered only for fresh bookings.
• Itinerary is subject to change without prior notice.

Inclusions

• Accommodation offered includes twin bed cabins, which come with en suite bathrooms.
• The journey includes meals, Indian wines, beverages, beer and other spirits.
• It also includes a Butler Service.
• There are well guided land excursions. The excursions are off train and are a part of the journey as mentioned in the itinerary. This includes entrance fees, transport services, guide rates and still camera fees.
• During the journey, tea, coffee and mineral water is served on board.
• Porterage is taken care of at the stations.

Exclusions:

• The exclusions include optional tours as stated in the itinerary.
• The journey excludes Insurances, Taxes and Gratuities.
• Laundry rates, telephone bills and prices for special alcoholic beverages are excluded in the journey expense. (Except spirits, beer, house brands of wines served by the bars and restaurants in Maharajas' Express).
• The journey rates also exclude professional video film camera fees.
• Arrival and departure transfer rates are not included.
• Domestic and International airfares are not included in the journey.
• Accommodation rates covered before and after the journey too are excluded unless it is mentioned as a part of the trip.

Payment Terms & Conditions

• 50 % of the tour payments should be done in advance. The remaining amount must be paid 60 days ahead of the departure date. Incase of urgent bookings, entire amount for the tour needs to be paid prior to 60 days of the departure.
• The 50% advance payment for the trip is non-refundable in any case.
