Vata Abhyanga : It is a traditional massage where the effleurage strokes of the fingers and the use of aromatic herbal oil nourish the skin cells and is a preventive measure against aging.
Synchronised Abhyanga : This massage requires two therapists. The long and brisk strokes will invigorate the body as well as the mind.
Pitta Abhyanga : This massage is directed towards stimulating the tissues and improves the blood circulation. The massage is highly effective for relaxing the muscles.
Marma Abhyanga : Ideal for restoring the mind and body balance. It also stimulates the natural cleansing processes in the body.
Udwarthanam : This is a dry herbal powder massage that aids in the slimming and toning the body.
Pada Abhyanga : This is the foot and leg therapy where finger and thumb pressures are used to stimulate specific reflex points.
