Uzhichil : It is a full body massage that helps in enhancing blood circulation, alleviating pain, relieving tense nerves and muscles. Uzhichil relaxes the body.
Abhyanga : This is a fully body treatment, which is performed by two masseurs perform this full body treatment in synchrony. Abhyanga helps in relaxation, decreases high blood pressure, improves eyesight and eliminates toxins.
Nasyam : This is the treatment to purify the head and energize the senses. Nasyam is useful in removing microcytic elements by the application of medicated oils into the nasal passage. Nasyam stimulates the tissues, nerves and provides relief from migraines, chronic colds, sinusitis and chest congestions and induces sound sleep.
Sirodhara : Under this therapy, medicated oil is poured in an even stream on to the forehead continuously, from a prescribed height through a specially devised apparatus. Sirodhara diminishes the effects of ageing, improves memory, cures paralysis, migraines, general anxiety and insomnia. This treatment is very useful and highly recommended for its rejuvenative and revival powers.
Udwarthanam : This is a gentle body massage with medicated powders prepared with various herbs. The massage helps in reducing the fat content of the body, improves blood circulation and eases joint-pains. Slimming is the most promising effect of this massage.
Sirolepa : Under Sirolepa, the head and shoulders are given a mild massage after which a medicated paste is applied on the head. Sirolepa helps in cooling the body and relaxes all sensory organs.
Sirovasti : Sirovasti is very useful for migraines, back and spine problems, sinusitis, chronic colds, facial paralysis and hallucinations. Under Sirovasti warm herbal medicated oil is retained for about one hour within a closely fitted cap around the head. It allows the scalp to soak in the therapeutic oil.
