Detailed Itinerary
 DAY
01 - Arrive Mumbai
On day 01 of Mumbai Kerala Tour, arrive at the Mumbai
airport and get greeted by the tour operator. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight
stay at the hotel.
DAY 02 - Mumbai
On day 02, go for a sightseeing
tour of the Mumbai city and visit places such as Juhu Beach, Gateway of India,
Prince of Wales Museum. Make a half days visit to the Elephanta caves. Overnight
stay at the hotel.
DAY 03 - Mumbai - Trivandrum - Kovalam
On day
03 of the Mumbai Kerala Tour, take a flight to Trivandrum. On reaching Trivandrum,
the tour operator drives you to Kovalam, Kerala where you check into the Somatheeram
Ayurvedic Resort.
DAY 04 - Somatheeram Ayurvedic Resort
On day
04, relax and enjoy the facilities at the resort including private beach, yoga
and massage, nature walks etc. Overnight stay at the hotel. DAY 05 -
Somatheeram Ayurvedic Resort
On day 05 of the Mumbai Kerala Tour, relax
and enjoy the facilities at the resort including private beach, yoga, and massage,
nature walks etc. Overnight stay at the hotel. Day 06 - Kovalam - Alleppey
- Backwaters Of Kerala
On day 06 of the tour, drive from the resort to
board a private rice boat from Alleppey and then cruise through the narrow canals
and wide lakes enjoying the scenic natural beauty. Enjoy the meals on the houseboat.
Overnight stay at the houseboat. DAY 07 - Backwaters - Alleppey - Cochin
Drive
to Cochin, Kerala on day 07 of the Mumbai Kerala Tour. On arrival, check in into
the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 08 - Cochin
On day
08, go for a sightseeing tour of the Cochin city and visit places such as Jewish
Synagogue that was built in the year 1568, St. Francis Church and the Dutch Palace
etc. Also enjoy the Kathakali dance performance.  DAY 09 - Cochin - Periyar
On
day 09 of the Mumbai Kerala Tour, drive to Periyar and Enroute enjoy the scenic
journey. On arrival at Periyar, check in at the hotel.
DAY 10 - Periyar
On day 10 of the tour visit the famous Periyar Tiger Reserve, Kerala.
Also enjoy the boat safari on the Periyar Lake. Overnight stay at the hotel. DAY
11 - Periyar - Kumarakom
On day 11 of the Mumbai Kerala Tour, head towards
Kumarakom known for its backwaters. DAY 12 - Kumarakom - Cochin - Mumbai
Departure
On day 12 of the Mumbai Kerala Tour, drive back to Cochin, Kerala
and then to Mumbai for the onward journey. …. Tour Ends.
