Detailed Itinerary
Day 01 : Vythiri
Arrive at Vythiri around afternoon. Thereafter, an Indian Holiday representative will escort you to the hotel where you can relax for the remaining part of the day. Stay overnight in Vythiri.
Day 02: Vythiri
As part of the Trivandrum Beach Tour, enjoy a sightseeing tour around Vythiri. Visit other interesting places like the Kuruva Island and the Tholpetty wild life sanctuary in course of the day. Return for an overnight stay at the hotel in Vythiri.
Day 03 : Vythiri - Kumarakom
Drive to Kumarakom after breakfast. Upon arrival, check into a hotel and rest awhile. Enjoy a boat ride on the Kumarakom Lake and have the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay will be at Kumarakom.
Day 04 : Kumarakom - Periyar
Enjoy a tea garden tour in the morning before driving to Periyar. A haven for wildlife enthusiasts, the Periyar sanctuary is home to many exotic varieties of animals and birds. Check into a hotel on arrival and rest awhile. Later, enjoy a boat cruise on the Periyar Lake. You will also be able to have a good look at many wild animals lazing on the banks of Lake Periyar. You will stay overnight at a hotel / lodge in Periyar.
Day 05 : Periyar
On day 5 of the Trivandrum Beach Tour, indulge in game safaris along with nature treks in the jungle. Return for an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 06 : Periyar - Marari
As part of the Trivandrum Beach Tour , drive to Marari in the morning. A sleepy fishing village, Marari is tucked away behind a line of dense palms that rise like a green fortification of the sands. It is indeed a perfect base for a relaxed holiday in Kerala.
Day 07 - 08: Marari
Spend your days at leisure and explore the place by yourself. With many beautiful beaches to boast of, Marari is a place where you can experience local charm and tradition at it's best.
Day 09: Marari - Kovalam
On day 9 of the Trivandrum Beach Tour, drive to Kovalam after breakfast. On arrival, transfer to a hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 10 -11: Kovalam
Enjoy your days full of the sun, sand and water. You can either laze around on the beach for the entire day or pamper yourself with some rejuvenating Ayurvedic therapies at the Ayurvedic Treatment Center in Kovalam.
Day 12 - Kovalam - Trivandrum
On day 12 of the Trivandrum Beach Tour, drive back to Trivandrum after breakfast. On arrival, transfer to the airport / railway station to continue with your onward journey.
