Northeast Honeymoon Tour
Day 01 :Bagdogra - Darjeeling
As you arrive at the Bagdogra Airport you would be assisted by the concerted company representative. You can wither take a taxi and make your way towards Darjeeling (2125 meters). It is one of the popular hill stations in India and is well known for the tea plantations and holy Buddhist monasteries. As you arrive at Darjeeling you can check into the hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure and stay here overnight.
Day 02 :Darjeeling
Post your morning bed tea or coffee you would be taken to the Tiger Hill that is located at a distance of 11kms away Darjeeling and is at an altitude of 2590 meters. After the Tiger Hill expedition you would be given the scope to enjoy some of the scenic views of the Kanchanajunga on your way back to the hotel. After you are done with your breakfast you are then taken on a local tour where you can explore places like Aloobari Monastery, Ghoom Monastery, Dhirdham Temple and the rich green Tea Gardens. You return to the hotel towards the evening for dinner and the night stay.
Day 03 : Darjeeling
As you finish your morning breakfast you can relax in the hotel itself and sojourn around. You can spend the day indulging in your leisure activities and also go in for shopping and stay that day overnight at the hotel.
Day 04 :Darjeeling - Gangtok
Post your breakfast at the hotel you are taken to the capital city of Sikkim, namely Gangtok. This is a scenic locale situated on the borders of the Ranipool Rover. You check in to a hotel here as soon as you arrive and spend the night here.
Day 05 Gangtok
Post your breakfast you head for the local sightseeing tour in Gangtok. Travel down to Tashi to capture some breathtaking views of the Kanchenjunga and other snow peaks. Towards the afternoon you have the choice to saunter in and around Gangtok as you wish. You return to the hotel towards the evening for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 06 :Gangtok - Siliguri
As soon as you finish your breakfast you drive down to Siliguri and check into a hotel as you arrive. Later on in the day you can take a tour of the place. Important places to visit are the Coronation Bridge and Iskcon Temple and then return to the hotel for night stay.
Day 07 :Siliguri - Kalimpong
You drive down to Kalimpong as soon as you finish your morning breakfast. This is also known as the "nursery of Himalaya". Check in to the hotel as you arrive. Post this later in the day you can explore the local sites in Kalimpong. Return back to your hotel in the evening for dinner and night stay.
Day 07 :Kalimpong - Bagdogra
After finishing your breakfast you can drive back to Bagdogra. As you arrive get down at the Bagdogra Airport and board the flight back to your original destination.
