How to Reach Hill Station Dalhousie

By Air

The nearest airport from Dalhousie is the Pathankot Airport, which is around 80 kilometers away. This airport is only connected to the airport in Delhi. Another airport near Dalhousie is the Jammu airport which is situated at a distance of around 180 km, connecting the hill town to Delhi and other major destinations of North India. IGI airport, the Indira Gandhi International Airport, opens Dalhousie to destinations abroad in India.

By Rail

Located at a distance of 80 km, Pathankot is the nearest railway. The railway station in Pathankot connects Dalhousie to various important cities of the country, including Amritsar, Delhi, and Mumbai. After arriving at the station, hire a taxi or a cab to reach the hill town.

By Road

A good network of roads connects Dalhousie to most of the towns and cities that are located nearby. Make use of public transport for traveling. From Delhi, located at a distance of around 560 kms, you can board luxury buses, plying on a regular basis.
