Introduction:
The city of Pushkar is located in the state of Rajasthan in India. An extremely important temple of the town of Pushkar is the 12th century Mahadeva Temple. The Mahadeva Temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The Mahadeva temple was constructed in the 19th century. The five-faced statue of Mahadeva is made up completely of white marble. This Hindu temple of Lord Shiva is significant for its grace of structure, and is possibly the supreme of all temples in and around the town of Ajmer and Pushkar.
