Day 01 : Arrive Mumbai
Arrival Mumbai (Bombay). Transfer to hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 02 : Mumbai
Afternoon city tour visiting Kamla Nehru Park and Hanging Gardens situated on the slopes of Malabar Hill, offering a panoramic view of Marine drive & Chowpatty Beach, Prince of Wales Museum, Mani Bhawan, Dhobi Ghat, Gateway of India and drive through the Crawford market, Marine drive & Flora Fountain. Overnight in Mumbai.
Day 03 : Mumbai to Aurangabad
Transfer to airport for Aurangabad flight. Arrive and transfer to hotel. Overnight in Aurangabad.
Day 04 : Aurangabad
Full day tour of Ajanta & Ellora Caves. Ellora caves (29 kms) which encompasses 34 rock cut shrines representing Buddhist, Hindu & Jain art dating from the 4th to 9th century A.D. the most remarkable among them is the Kailash Temple meant to be a replica of Lord Shiva’s celestial abode, Kailash, it is the best example of rock cut architecture and an engineering marvel. The Ajanta Caves dates back to the 2nd century B.C. and the 30 rock caves are adorned with Buddhist sculptures and frescoes. Overnight in Aurangabad.
Day 05 : Aurangabad to Delhi
Transfer to airport to board flight to Delhi. Arrive and transfer to hotel. Overnight in Delhi.
Day 06 : Delhi
Full day city tour visiting Qutab Minar, Laxmi Narayan Temple – The Place of Gods, India Gate - The memorial of martyrs, Parliament House – The govt. head quarters. In the afternoon take a city tour Old Delhi covering Jama Masjid - The largest mosque in Asia, Red Fort-The red stone magic, Gandhi memorial–The memoir of father of the nation. Also enjoy the sound & light show in the evening. Overnight at hotel in Delhi.
Day 07 : Delhi to Agra
Morning drive to Agra. Afternoon visit the Taj Mahal built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jehan in 1630 AD for his queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains. Its a poem written in white marble, the most extravagant monument ever built for love, Agra Fort - a visit to the fort in ‘Agra’ is must since so many of the events which lead to the construction of the Taj took place here and the tomb of Itmad-Ud-Daula built by Empress Noor Jehan in memory of her father. The tomb is of particular interest since many of its design elephants overshadow the Taj. Overnight in Agra.
Day 08 : Agra to Jaipur
Drive to Jaipur via Fatehpur Sikri built by Emperor Akbar in 1569. The graceful buildings within this city are Salim Chisti's Tomb, Jama Masjid and Panch Mahal. Arrive Jaipur. Check into the hotel. Overnight in Jaipur.
Day 09 : Jaipur
In the morning take an excursion to Amer fort with joy ride on an Elephant. Visit the Jagmandir or the Hall of Victory and Temple of Kali. Return to the city passing by Jal Mahal. In the afternoon take a city tour covering City Palace – occupies a large area divided into a series of courtyards, gardens & buildings and a perfect blend of Rajasthani & Mughal architecture, Royal Observatory – An observatory with some rare qualities to its credit, Nawab Sahab Ki Haveli, Ram Niwas Gardens, drive past Hawa Mahal (the Palace of Winds) – and the Bazaar etc. Overnight hotel in Jaipur.
Day 10 : Jaipur to Ajmer
Full day tour visiting Pushkar, various temples and the sacred Pushkar Lake. The Pushkar Camel Fair is world famous & normally is during the months of October or November. The only Brahma Temple in the world exists in this small town. Overnight in Ajmer.
Day 11 : Ajmer to Jodhpur
Morning depart by surface to Jodhpur. Arrive and check-in to hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 12 : Jodhpur to Udaipur
In the morning drive to Udaipur enroute Ranakpur temples – the pilgrimage centre of Rajasthan a few of the numerous temples are Chaturmukh temples. Arrive and check into hotel. Overnight hotel.
Day 13 : Udaipur to Mumbai
Morning city tour visiting City Palace, Jagdish Temple, drive around Fateh Sagar Lake, Saheliyon-Ki-Bari (queen's resort for her friends) and Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir (Folk Art Museum). Checkout at 12 noon. Later transfer to airport to board flight to Bombay. Arrive & transfer to International airport to board flight for onward journey.
