North East Assam & ArunachalDay 01 : Arrive Kolkata
On arrival our representative shall meet you at the airport to welcome you and transfer you to hotel. Overnight hotel. Kolkata, The City of Joy, in the state of West Bengal often known as India’s 300 years old cultural capital. It was here that in 1690 an agent of the London based East India Company Job Charnock, received permission to set up a factory in a village named Sutanuti, and that triggered the start of the British Imperial colonization of the Indian subcontinent.

Day 02 : Kolkata
After breakfast enjoy city tour of Kolkata - Birla Planetarium, Victoria Memorial and drive past the Fort Williams, the Howrah Bridge, the Secretariat Building and the Old Court House Street. Overnight Hotel.

Day 03 : Kolkata - Guwahati
Morning transfer to airport to connect flight for Guwahati. Arrive and check-in to hotel. Afternoon visit Sualkuchi Village 32 kms from Guwahati famous for Golden Muga Silk. Assam produces three unique varieties of silks, the Golden Muga, the White Pat and the warm Eri. Silks grown all over the state find their way to Sualkuchi. Followed by city sightseeing of Guwahati. Overnight stay.

Day 04 : Guwahati - Balukpong
Depart by surface to Balukpong via Tezpur – the historic “city of Bolld” 185 Kms. 5 hrs. drive approx. Arrive and check-in to Tourist Lodge.

Day 05 : Balukpong - Dirang
Depart by surface to Dirang 8 hrs. drive approx. en-route visit Tipi Orchid Sanctuary – which houses 500 species of rate orchids. Dirang, a sub-divisional natural hot springs. The hot water springs are considered holy by some who travel to them for a dip. The Buddhist Kalachakra Gompa is nearby. Dirang is ideal for trekking and hiking. Overnight stay at a family run lodge.

Day 06 : Dirang - Tawang
Morning visit Sangti Valley – the sanctuary of Tibetan Black – Nacked Cranes and proceed to the historic Buddhist town of Tawang 4 hrs. drive approx. en-route visit Jaswantgarh memorial, Sella Pass, Paradise Lake and the waterfalls. Overnight stay.

Day 07 : Tawang
North East Assam & Arunachal Explore Tawang with sightseeing of Tawang Monastery is one of the most important element in social and Religious life of the Monpas. This monastery is known as “Galden Namgyel Lhatse” War Memorial, craft center and Emporium.

Day 08 : Tawang - Bomdila
Morning drive to Bomdila 7 hrs. drive approx. Evening visit the upper and lower monasteries and Craft Centre.

Day 9 : Bomdila - Nameri National Park
Depart by surface to Nameri National Park 7 hrs. drive approx. situated on the North Bank of Brahamputra near Arunachal Pradesh – Assam broder has recently been upgraded to a Tiger Reserve. The park supports a diverse wildlife and birds – such as Wild Dogs, Himalayan Black Beer, Sloth Beer, Hispid Hare, Leopard. Arrive and check-in to Eco-Camp. Overnight stay.

Day 10 : Nameri National Park
Early morning nature trail on Nameri National Park across the river Jia-Bhorollei. Return to camp for breakfast. Followed by rafting on Jia-Borollei river with boatmen lunch. Return to Eco-Camp. Overnight stay.

Day 11 : Wankaner – Bhavnagar
Morning depart by surface to Jorhat 5 hrs. drive approx. Arrive and check-in to Heritage Tea Bungalow. Evening visit historic town and the Tea capital of Assam including palaces, monuments, temple etc. Overnight at Tea Bungalow.

Day 12 : Jorhat - Kolkata
Morning visit Tea Estate to view the processing of Tea. Afternoon transfer to airport to connect flight for Kolkata. and connect international flight for your onward destination.
