Great Himalayan National Park, Himachal Pradesh, also known as the Jawaharlal Nehru Great Himalayan National Park is located in the Kulu district. Surrounded by the mighty Himalayas, this national park was incepted in the year of 1984. Since then this park has been drawing thousands of travelers every year. Covering a total area of 620 square kilometers, this park can be located at the upper catchments of the rivers Jiwa, Thirthan and Sainj.

This national park can be sited at the Seraj Forest and is surrounded by, glaciers, snowy mountains, cliffs, river valleys and dense forest.
