Summer in Bomdila (April to June)
Bomdila is quite hot in the summers. During this time, the weather is mildly hot, and you can head out to enjoy sightseeing tours and witness beautiful valleys. You can also visit the Tenga River, located 15 km away, and spend time in nature and soak in the beauty of Bomdila.
Tip: Wear light cotton clothes, sunscreen, and keep yourself hydrated.

Monsoon in Bomdila (July to September)
The monsoon season in Bomdila begins in July and ends in September. The town receives quite a lot of rainfall with an average temperature between 22°C to 12°C. The whole place looks appealing and refreshing, and especially if you love rain, this is a great time. But remember, it can be quite challenging to plan any outdoor activities. Therefore, we do not recommend visiting during the monsoon to Bomdila.
Tip: Monsoons are not a good time to visit as they may hinder your outdoor activities.

Winter in Bomdila (December to February)
Winter months in Bomdila are some of the best ones as the weather gets chilly, and you may head out and enjoy your time to the fullest. During this time, the weather is quite cold, so you must carry warm clothes. Nevertheless, the temperature remains between 12°C to 20°C, which allows you to enjoy outdoor activities.
Tip: It is the peak season in Bomdila, so make your bookings in advance.
