Visit this temple, dedicated to Modheshwari Mata in Modhera. She is said to be an incarnation of Goddess Parvati and the protector of the Modh community. A sculpture of the goddess is in the temple with 18 arms, each holding a weapon.

A story behind Modheshwari Mata Mandir says that a demon, Karnat, was destroying the region. Seeking protection, the saints went to Goddess Parvati. After hearing them, she got angry and started unleashing fire from her mouth, which gave birth to her avatar Modheshwari Mata.
