The Dining Room
The Dining Room has a total of 5 buffet stations installed that are open to diners as show kitchen. The diners can give their choice of food and the freshly cooked food is served right out off the grill and off the pan in front of you. The famous cuisine styles are served under - Thai, Indian, Italian, and middle-eastern style of cuisines. Don’t forget to order their famous on list - Thai Curry, Paneer Tikka, Lasagna. Each buffet station has its own theme, colors and lighting. The interiors give you the vibes of old cultural style setting. Visitors can also reserve private dining area for special occasions.
The Verandah
Welcome to Goa's one of the best seafood restaurant. This is the signature grill restaurant of Grand Hyatt, with its oversized western style charcoal grill adding to its authenticity. Along with that, Italian, Continental, Chinese, North Indian and Goan style of foods are also on the card. The roof top open airy ambience, facing Bambolin beach bay is the main attractive point. Popular dishes on demand here are – Tiger Prawns, Crab Cake and Lamb Shank are a must try when are seasoned in Asian flavors. Or try the critically acclaimed steaks paired with the ideal wine. But your meal is not complete here without desserts.
Chulha
Looking for a local Indian home-style based restaurant, than Chulha welcomes you to the Casual Rural theme of India with its 5 star ambiance. The sea facing “Chulha” resembles a very simple and elegant way of dining, with its wooden furnishing & village style ambiance. Open for lunch and dinner tandoori/grill, Goan seafood and barbeque remains on the show kitchen at the center of the restaurant. The popular dishes listed on the cards are – Tiger Prawns, Murgh Malai Kabab and Dal Makhani among others. But this rural theme is completed when the servings are in clay pots and copper pans.
Confeiteria
For a casual conversation over coffee, Confeiteria offers you snacks, desserts and light lunch. Try the pure homemade authentic varieties of Mango Ginger Cake or Chocolate Hazel-Nut Cake, Whole Wheat Roasted Chicken Sandwich or Tuna Rye Bread, Darjeeling Olong or Ginger Green Tea, Freshly Brewed Espresso, Cappuccino with Portuguese Tart. But the selling point of this awesome place is its theme on display. Just like a typical bakery manufacturer, it has all the food items displayed in glass flasks of various shapes, sizes and splashes of colors too. Open for 12 hours a day from 8 in the morning till 8 pm in the evening.
Bay View Lounge
The Bay View lounge is overlooking the beautiful Bambolim beach bay. Best place for office meeting conversations or casual chit chats and make new companions. The attraction point of the lounge is its water features during day and chill sea breeze by the beach during evening. This romantic place is a must come with your loved ones to try the Smoked Turkey with a glass of Orange Mojito complimented by Blue cheese.
Capiz Bar
Named after the commonly found shells on Bambolim beach, Capiz bar maintains a 5 star ambiance with old house architecture. The Capiz shells found on the beach can be seen decorated all around this place. The place is for evening fun lovers to chill out in the mild music that keeps the spirits high. Situated at the large terrace top, you can chose to relax inside or take a sea view in the open area. The interiors are very simple yet elegant to sooth your senses. Don’t get confused with the long menu card. Simply order their best – Virgin Marry or Martini. If you want to try something strong, order Tequila and pepper Vodka with cranberry.
Pool Bar and Grill
Pool Bar and Grill is rightly setup by the outdoor Pool side and just 50 m from the beach. When at the bar come and soak in the pool during day or grab the beach side for sunset at evening. This open area bar has an ambiance of refreshment amongst the cool sea breeze. Take a glass of Mojito or Fruit Margarita for tap beating music played by DJ maestro.
