The cottages are made of brick and log with some thatched roof and elephant grass and are made in traditional tribal techniques. Though it is designed in tribal way, but contains all the modern amenities that are needed to make the stay of the guests comfortable. The amenities available are plush beds, attached bathroom with hot/cold water, shower cubicle, 24 hrs room service, housekeeping, laundry/dry cleaning, telephone with direct dialing, safe deposit lockers, doctor on call, parking and many other facilities. However, the rooms are not provided with air conditioner and television. This is being the mountain climate prevailing in the region makes air conditioner unnecessary and staying in the natural surrounding makes television unnecessary. These rooms are ideal for those who wish to stay in natural or in village setting. They are divided into Spice garden cottages and Private garden cottages.
