Placed in the small town of Dhulev on the Udaipur-Ahmedabad road, around 65 km from the Udaipur city, Rishabhdeo Temple is an important Jain pilgrim site. It is also known as Shri Rishabh Dev Digambar Jain Atishay Kshetra and is dedicated to Bhagwan Adinath or Rishabh Dev. The idol here is in black color and is known as Kalia baba by the locals. Kesar or saffron is used to worship the idol. It is believed that this is an ancient idol and was worshipped by Acharya Vidyanand in 9th century.
