Late Shri Nanalal C. Mehta was one of the pioneers of Indian miniature painting and the NC Mehta Gallery, Ahmedabad was named after him. Late Shri Nanalal C. Mehta published several books on Sanskrit and Hindi literature and discovered new documents on Indian paintings.
