1. Ziro Trek

Also called Talley Valley Trek, Ziro Trek takes you across exotic wildlife and an array of mountain ranges, paddy fields, and gorgeous valleys. It is a 9-day trek to reach an altitude of 2400 metres from Guwahati and transversing through Tezpur, Ziro, and Pange and ends at Talley Valley, a wildlife sanctuary.

2. Thembang Trek

Thembang trek is one of the best treks in Arunachal Pradesh. It is a moderate expedition that lasts for 4 to 5 days in which you will be able to learn about the interesting culture and witness rich flora. It begins in Dirang valley and passes through numerous Himalayan villages till it reaches Thembang Village. The trail also passes through places like Sangti Valley and Pangma.

3. Bailey Trail

Coursing through beautiful lakes, glacial rivers, Monpa tribe villages, Bailey Trail is a 14-day trek that passes through the regions of Sela Pass, the highest point in this trek (4550 metres), Dirang River at Chander (2530 metres), and Tawang, a nature lover’s paradise.

4. Mechuka Trek

Mechuka Trek is one of the most challenging treks in Arunachal Pradesh. This 21- day trek starts from Ziro and crosses stunning hillocks with winding streams, horses, birds, etc. You can witness the pristine Yargyap Chu River during the trek that passes through the Mechuka forests along with some lovely villages and a 400-year-old Samten-Yongcha monastery.

5. Gorichen Base Camp Trek

6. Sela Pass Trek
