Kamraj Memorial House Chennai

The Kamraj Memorial House Chennai is a storehouse of information on India after its independence. Situated in T.Nagar of Chennai, this house was built in memory of the former Chief Minister of Chennai, Kamraj. Inaugurated by M.G Ramchandran, this house also tells us the life story of Kamraj.

The Kamraj Memorial House in Chennai houses important photographs and documents that give a fine idea about the Chief Minister’s life. The library has a good collection of books like the ‘Lok Sabha Debates’, ‘100 Modern Lives’, ‘Churchill’ and ‘Doctor Zhivago’.

The Kamraj House is visited by a number of tourists looking forward to know more about India’s political history and the former chief minister’s life.
