Sahastradhara waterfall is approximately located 16 km from the city and can be accessed by bus, taxi, sharing an auto, cab, and even on your vehicle. Sahastradhara is also known as Sulphur Springs and is near another popular destination named Robber’s Cave. Apart from being refreshing and cold, the water has a lot of medicinal advantages. Best time to visit Sahastradhara

September to March is the best time to visit Sahastradhara; although people actively come here throughout the year. Post monsoon season, the water flow becomes a bit steady and the place becomes a hub for families. During these months, Sahastradhara becomes spellbindingly beautiful.

How to reach Sahastradhara

Sahastradhara waterfall is located on the Sahastradhara Road which is roughly 16 km from the city of Dehradun. The popular attraction is well-connected with a lot of places around and reaching here is quite easy. Sahastradhara is connected by bus services, autos, taxis, as well as cabs. You can take any of those and reach here. 

One of the best ways to reach here is either to take a bus from Dehradun ISBT or the railway station of Dehradun. Sahastradhara is approximately 36 km from Jolly Grant which is the only airport in Dehradun.
