Itinerary Details
Day 1: Guwahati - Dawki ( 175 km / 5hrs)

On arriving at Guwahati railway station or airport, our representative will pick you up and take you to the beautiful city of Dawki. While going to the town you can spot the magnificent Umiam Lake. There will be a halt near the lake where you can enjoy the tasty and special Momos of this place while enjoying the scenic beauty of the lake. Once done with that, the journey to the town would start again.

Dwaki lies on the Indo-Bangla border and apart from the crystal clear lakes and river, the place is also popular for the suspension bridge that was built by Britishers in 1932 over the Umngot River. After visiting here, you will then arrive at the hotel. Complete the check-in formalities and spend the day as per your leisure. Visit the nearby places and enjoy the day. After an eventful day tuck yourself into the comfortable bed for a good night's sleep.

Day 2: Sightseeing in Dawki

After an early breakfast, the town tour and other excursion activities will be enjoyed by you. Have a scrumptious breakfast at the hotel and proceed to the first destination of the day which is Mawlynnong. This is a petit village near the town which is also popular due to its cleanliness. Mawlynnong is known to be the cleanest village in Asia. Apart from the serene and pristine environment, you will visit the popular tourist attractions here such as Jingmaham Living Root Bridge, Mawlynnong Village, and waterfalls.

You will return to Dawki in the afternoon for lunch. Post that you can go out boating in the crystal clear water of the rivers. While boating you can see the river bed, the water is so clear. After having a wonderful day and enjoying so much good food and activities call it a day and post having dinner, enjoy a good sleep at the hotel.

Day 3: Guwahati: A wonderful trip comes to an end

After having a scrumptious breakfast, you will bid a bye to the beautiful town of Dawki and from here, you will be taken to the Guwahati airport/ railways station for your onwards journey.
