Itinerary Details
Day - 1: Delhi

On arrival at Delhi airport/railway station, begin your road journey for Haridwar. On arrival in the evening, attend the mesmerizing evening Arti at Har- Ki- Pauri, a sacred ghat constricted during King Vikramaditya. The evening Aarti is popular as a major attraction. Move to your hotel. Here you will get a brief about the tour. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day – 2: Haridwar - Chami (147 kms)

Have your breakfast and leave for Chami. On the way, you are going to visit Mussoori, a popular tourist hill station where you will cover Kempty fall and Lakhamandal, Archeology of Survey protected temple site and the ancient temple of Lord Shiva, built during the Mahabharata days. Later drive towards Chami for an overnight stay.

Day – 3: Chami- Barkot – Syanachatti- Jankichatti - Yamunotri - Syanachatti (65 kms-10 kms of Trek on foot- drive of 15kms)

In the morning, leave by road for Jankichatti, start your on foot trek for Yamunotri, the first destination of Chardham, also the home for sage Asit Muni. Here, you can cook rice at Surya Kund, a religious hot spring that can be taken back in the form of Prasad. Later, near the main temple is Divya Shila, where you can perform Pooja. Now take a dip in Jamunabai Kund, another hot spring. Have Darshan at the temple. Back to Jankichatti and then to Syanachatti for night stay.

Day - 4: Syanachatti - Harsil1 (90 kms)

Have your breakfast and begin your road journey for Harsil, a village situated on the banks of river Bhagirathi. After arrival, have lunch. Relax for some time. The evening is free for leisure activities of exploring the local attractions. Enjoy the very beautiful surroundings or try your hand in trekking. Dinner and night stay in Harsil.

Day - 5: Harsil - Gangotri - Harsil (50 kms)

After having breakfast, leave for Gangotri, the second destination of the Char Dham Yatra, which houses an 18th century temple of Goddess Ganga. Offer your prayers at the temple made of white granite. After Darshan and Pooja, return to Harsil for an overnight stay.

Day – 6: Harsil-New Tehri (170kms)

Post breakfast, leave for New Tehri, on the way, you are going to visit Gangnani, where you can take a dip in Rishi Kund along with visiting an ancient temple of Sage Parashar and Uttarkashi, a small town like Varanasi with a number of temples. Here you are going to visit Annapurna Temple and the Bhairav Temple. Night stay in New Tehri.

Day – 7: New Tehri - Guptkashi, Sitapur (245 kms)

Have your breakfast and leave for Guptkashi. On the way, you are going to stop at Rudraprayag, the confluence of river Mandakini and Alaknanda and Ardhnareshwar Mahadev Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva and his better half Parvati. Night stay at Guptkashi.

Day – 8: Guptkashi-Kedarnath (32 kms drive /14 kms Trek)

Have your breakfast and continue towards Kedarnath, the third destination of the Char Dham Yatra. The temple in Kedarnath was built by Adi Shankaracharya during the 8th century. It lies alongside the temple constructed by the Pandavas, around 1000 years ago. On the way, you are going to halt at Gaurikund. On arrival visit Shankaracharya Samadhi and the lake. Overnight stay at Kedarnath.

Day – 9: Kedarnath - Guptkashi

After relishing breakfast, from Phata take a helicopter to the main temple site of Kedarnath ji. Post VIP Darshan and Pooja, back to Guptkashi. Night stay at Guptkashi.

Day – 10: Guptkashi- Badrinath (220 kms)

After the morning, you are going to hit the road to go towards Badrinath, the final Dham, nestled amidst the Nar and Narayan mountains on the bank of river Alaknanda. On the way, you are going to halt at Chopta, a small but beautiful settlement. In the evening, you are going to have Darshan and perform Pooja at the main Badrinath temple, dedicated to Lord Vishnu. The other visits are going to be Narad Kund, Brahma Kapal and Sheshnetra. Night stay at Badrinath.

Day – 11: Badrinath –Joshimath-Auli (70kms)

Have your breakfast and visit the Mana Village, the last Indian village inhabited by an Indo-Mongolian tribe. Here, you will visit the Vyas Gufa where Ved Vyas wrote the Mahabharata. Later, visit Bhim pul, a natural bridge across river Saraswati. The other visits will be Joshimath, Sankaracharya Math and Narsima Temple. Continue for Auli where you will enjoy a cable car ride. Overnight in Auli.

Day – 12: Auli-Haridwar (275kms)

Post breakfast, leave for Haridwar. on the way, you will be visiting the popular prayags including- Nand Prayag-the confluence of rivers Mandakini and Alaknanda, Karn Prayag- the confluence of rivers Pindari and Alaknanda as well as Dev Prayag- the meeting point of river Bhagirathi and Alaknanda. On arrival, check-in to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day – 13: Haridwar-Delhi (215kms)

Post breakfast; hit the road to reach Delhi.
