Itinerary Details
Day 1: Aboard the cruise in Kolkata

On the first day of the tour, you will report to the jetty in the afternoon. On your arrival, you will have an assisted boarding and the ship starts sailing towards Kalna. You will be welcomed on the ship and have a safety briefing session onboard. Complete the check-in formalities and unwind yourself.

Savor the lunch on board while sailing towards Kalna, which is known as ‘City of Temples’. Situated on the western bank of River Bhagirathi, Kalna is famous for its terracotta temple.

In the evening, enjoy the celebration and Grand Dinner on board, then head to your luxury room for a sound sleep.

Day 2: Explore Kalna – The Temple Town

Wake up to a scrumptious breakfast and disembark the ship to explore Kalna. You will walk through the local market to visit the Rajbari Temple, which comprises a series of temples and other structures dating to the 1800s. Among them, the most notable being the Naba Kailash Temples, which encloses 108 Shiva shrines in two concentric circles.

Other famous temples here are Pratapeshwar Temple, Lalji Temple, and Krishna Chandraji Temple. They are popular for terracotta plaques, which depicts the themes of Hindu epics, the mythical life of Shri Chaitanya, images of Goddess Durga, and various aspects of day-to-day life.

After a blissful tour, return to the ship and savor delicious lunch while sailing towards Shantipur, which is a textile weaving village and famous for its handloom Sarees.

In the evening, enjoy a sunset walk and a Sandbank party. Relish the scrumptious dinner, followed by a sound sleep in your cozy room.

Day 3: The Cruise Tour Ends in Kolkata

Greet the day with a toothsome breakfast and proceed to explore Shantipur. This place is famous for its handloom Sarees from ancient times. The handloom weaving style is unique in this region. Thereafter, sail back to Kolkata and disembark the cruise.
