Wildlife in Namdapha National Park

The Namdapha National Park is the place of habitation for various kinds of mammals in the wildlife population. The Wildlife in Namdapha has nearly all kinds of big cats like the Leopard, the Tiger, the Clouded Leopard and the Snow Leopard. Animals like the Himalayan Black Bear and the Red Panda, which are mostly found in the high altitudes, are seen in the Namdapha National Park. A large number of rodents are found in this national park like Rats, Porcupines and Squirrels.

Some of the other animals that can be observed in this wildlife sanctuary are the Elephant, the Hoolock Gibbon, the Wild Goat, the Mongoose, the Assamese Macaque, the Goral, the Takin, the Musk Deer and many more.
