The Niraamaya Retreat, Kovalam, began its journey with a single octagonal stone house. Today, the property offers a wide variety of accommodation options. There are 31 heritage cottages where guests can enjoy a comfortable stay. These traditional Keralite heritage homes provide complete comfort and luxury to every guest.   • The Octagon:  This sea-facing cottage features the Kerala style of architecture. From the house, guests can enjoy panoramic views of the Arabian Sea. The room comes with a private sun deck and open-to-sky baths with rain showers.
  • Banyan Tree Bungalow: Known to offer the perfect setting for honeymooners. It is lavishly furnished. The interiors feature beautifully carved furniture that adds to the bungalow's beauty.
  • Heritage Premium:  These are traditional yet luxurious and spacious accommodations designed with ornate doors, terracotta roofs, and carved pillars. They feature private sit-outs and open-to-sky rain showers.
  • Heritage Classic: The Heritage Classic Rooms are Kerala-style elegant accommodations that open onto lush green gardens. The rooms showcase traditional Kerala architecture, which takes you back to a history of about 100 years. They feature earthy interiors, serene natural surroundings, along with open-to-sky rain showers.
