The Mahalakshmi Temple is dedicated to Goddess Shri Mahalakshmi known as the Goddess if wealth and prosperity. Goddess Mahalakshmi is fondly called Amba Bai by her devotees who visit the temple all around the year to seek her blessings. The temple is built in such a way that the sun rays reach the Goddess’ idol every day by giving a unique golden glow. The temple features a number of architectural styles which further enhance the beauty of the temple.

The Mahalakshmi Temple holds special importance in the heart of every devotee as it one among the top 18 Maha Shakti Peethas which have been listed in various Hindu scriptures. Also, the temple is believed to be one of the six places where one can either obtain salvation from all the desires or have them fulfilled.

People from all over visit the temple during the Navratri festival to catch a glimpse of Goddess Amba Devi and seek her blessings. During this time, the place gets more colorful which makes people enjoy the festive season to the fullest.
