Cancellations must be in writing Charges are calculated on the total booking amount (not just the deposit) and may vary if a supplier has stricter rules. Standard schedule:

60 days & earlier: 10% of tour/service cost
59–30 days: 20%
29–15 days: 25%
14–08 days: 50%
07 days & less or no show: No refund

Refunds: processed within 2–4 weeks (banking timelines). No refunds for partially used services or post-trip cancellations. Refund amounts follow the above policy and any supplier terms.

Most foreign nationals require a visa to enter India.
Many travelers (including US citizens) are typically eligible for India’s e-Visa. Apply online via the official Government of India e-Visa portal using the same passport you will travel with.
Common requirements: passport valid 6+ months beyond arrival, a recent photo, and basic travel details.
Apply a few days in advance (earlier in peak periods). Carry a print or digital copy of your e-Visa approval when you travel.
