  • Share your dates, trip length, and interests.
  • We send a custom itinerary and price.
  • Pay 25% to confirm services (see Payment Terms below).
  • We secure hotels/houseboat/vehicle and issue the confirmation.
  • Pay the balance 15 days before the start date (or full payment for late bookings/peak season, or as per supplier deadlines).
  • Receive final vouchers, contacts, and pickup details.

Included (as specified in your quote):

  • Private vehicle with professional driver for the itinerary
  • Hotels/houseboat as chosen, with listed meal plan (often breakfast)
  • Sightseeing/activities specifically mentioned in the itinerary
  • Government taxes and service charges

Not included (unless expressly added):

  • International/Domestic flights, visas, travel insurance
  • Meals not mentioned, personal expenses, tips, camera/entry fees where applicable
  • Peak-season surcharges/mandatory festival or gala dinners set by hotels/boats

No hidden fees: your pro-forma shows all inclusions/exclusions and any supplier surcharges before you pay. Optional add-ons are quoted only if you choose them.

  • Full payment for late bookings/peak season

Cancellations must be in writing Charges are calculated on the total booking amount (not just the deposit) and may vary if a supplier has stricter rules. Standard schedule:

  • 60 days & earlier: 10% of tour/service cost
  • 59–30 days: 20%
  • 29–15 days: 25%
  • 14–08 days: 50%
  • 07 days & less or no show: No refund

Refunds: processed within 2–4 weeks (banking timelines). No refunds for partially used services or post-trip cancellations. Refund amounts follow the above policy and any supplier terms.

  • Most foreign nationals require a visa to enter India.
  • Many travelers (including US citizens) are typically eligible for India’s e-Visa. Apply online via the official Government of India e-Visa portal using the same passport you will travel with.
  • Common requirements: passport valid 6+ months beyond arrival, a recent photo, and basic travel details.
  • Apply a few days in advance (earlier in peak periods). Carry a print or digital copy of your e-Visa approval when you travel.
  • We don’t issue visas; we provide itinerary/booking documents that may be requested.
