No hidden fees: your pro-forma shows all inclusions/exclusions and any supplier surcharges before you pay. Optional add-ons are quoted only if you choose them.

  • Full payment for late bookings/peak season
  • Additional stage payments if required by specific suppliers (we’ll specify dates on your invoice)

Cancellations must be in writing Charges are calculated on the total booking amount (not just the deposit) and may vary if a supplier has stricter rules. Standard schedule:

  • 60 days & earlier: 10% of tour/service cost
  • 59–30 days: 20%
  • 29–15 days: 25%
  • 14–08 days: 50%
  • 07 days & less or no show: No refund

Refunds: processed within 2–4 weeks (banking timelines). No refunds for partially used services or post-trip cancellations. Refund amounts follow the above policy and any supplier terms.

  • Most foreign nationals require a visa to enter India.
  • Many travelers (including US citizens) are typically eligible for India’s e-Visa. Apply online via the official Government of India e-Visa portal using the same passport you will travel with.
  • Common requirements: passport valid 6+ months beyond arrival, a recent photo, and basic travel details.
  • Apply a few days in advance (earlier in peak periods). Carry a print or digital copy of your e-Visa approval when you travel.
  • We don’t issue visas; we provide itinerary/booking documents that may be requested.
