Itinerary Details
Day 1: Bangalore - Coorg:

On arrival in Bangalore, our representative will meet you at the airport/railway station and depart by surface to Coorg which is situated at 265 km and it will take 5 hrs to reach. You will have an assisted transfer to the hotel. Complete the check-in formalities and relax for some time. Spend the rest of the day at leisure. You can go to the local market and buy souvenirs for your loved ones or you can take a stroll to the nearby streets of the resort. Enjoy the majestic view of beautiful mountains and rambling greenery.

Day 2: Coorg:

On the 2nd day of the tour, after breakfast, you will embark on the sightseeing tour of Coorg which is popularly known as Scotland of South India. You will get an opportunity to explore the orchards and the coffee plantation which will let you know the complete process and knowledge about coffee making, right from the seed to the packed powder ready to sell. Then you will head towards the Fort which is snuggled on top of a hill that overlooks the town. Adore the breathtaking views of the town from the fort.

Then you will also visit a temple of Lord Omkareshwara which is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple has a unique architectural design with interesting stories. Seek blessing in the temple and soak in the serenity.

After enjoying your day, return to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel in Coorg.

Day 3: Coorg - Mysore:

On day 3rd of the South India hill station package, enjoy your breakfast and check out from the hotel at Coorg. You will start your ride to Mysore by car. In Mysore, you will have an assisted check-in at the hotel. Relax for some time and then leave for the sightseeing tour of the city which includes a visit to the famous Mysore Palace, also known as the Amba Vilas Palace. It is a great example of the Indo-Saracenic style of architecture. Mysore Palace was built in 1912. It is the former palace of the royal family of Mysore with their official residence. The palace is magnificent and praiseworthy. Later you will go on to visit the temple on Chamundi Hill. The hill is named after the goddess Chamundi. Seek blessings in the temple and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Mysore Palace, the Karanji Lake and several smaller temples from the top of the hill.

Return to the hotel after the sightseeing tour. Overnight stay at the hotel in Mysore.

Day 4: Mysore - Wayanad:

Early morning on the 4th day of the South India hill station tour, check out from the hotel after breakfast and drive to Wayanad. After reaching Wayanad, you will have a guided check-in at the hotel.

Spend the rest of the day at leisure. Wayanad is a popular hill station known for waterfalls, spice plantations, and historical caves. You can walk around the streets of the city and delve into the enchanting beauty of this majestic place.

Day 5: Wayanad:

On day 5th of the tour, after breakfast, you will go out for a sightseeing trip to Wayanad. You will visit the following famous tourist spots:

Chembra Peak – It is one of the highest peaks in the Western Ghats and the highest peak in Wayanad hills, at 2,100 m above sea level. Chembra is located near the town of Meppadi, this peak adjoins Nilgiri hills in Tamil Nadu and Vallarimala in Kozhikode.

Edakkal Caves – It is a popular tourist spot and known for its famous figures paintings of humans, animals, letters, and symbols. It is believed that the paintings are dated back to 6000 BC and it depicts how people used to live a life in the cave during that time period.

Banasura Sagar Dam – This dam is considered to be the largest earth dam in India and the second largest in Asia. Banasura Dam is made up of massive stacks of stones and boulders, across the Karamanathodu River, a tributary of River Kabini, in Kalpetta.

Pazhassi Tomb – It is a museum in Wayanad where you will find the sword of Pazhassi Raja. The memorial is under the Kerala State Archaeology Department.

Day 6: Departure:

Here is the end of this adventurous trip. After the delicious breakfast, check out from the hotel and then you will head towards the Calicut airport or railway station for your further destination.
