Visit Fort Kochi, followed by Mattancherry Palace, also known as the Dutch Palace. Continue to the Jewish Synagogue, Santa Cruz Basilica, and St. Francis Church, where Vasco da Gama was initially buried.

In the evening, walk along the waterfront to see Cochin’s famous Chinese fishing nets against the sunset. You can also sample traditional Kerala cuisine at a local restaurant before returning to your hotel for an overnight stay in Cochin.

Day 2:

Cochin – Munnar

Leave Cochin and begin a picturesque drive to Munnar, a hill station known for its tea estates, forested slopes, waterfalls, and cool mountain climate. The journey takes you through winding roads and Kerala’s lush countryside.

Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and unwind. The remainder of the day is free for leisure, allowing you to relax together, explore the surroundings, or enjoy the views from your hotel. Spend the night in Munnar.

Day 3:

Munnar Sightseeing Tour

Begin your Munnar sightseeing tour with a visit to Eravikulam National Park, subject to seasonal opening and local regulations. The protected landscape is known for its rolling grasslands, mountain views, and population of Nilgiri tahr.

Continue to Mattupetty Dam, where you may choose to enjoy a boat ride while admiring the surrounding hills and tea plantations. You can also see views of Anamudi Peak, the highest mountain in South India, from selected points around Munnar.

Further, visit the Tea Museum to learn about the development and processing of tea in the region. Continue to Echo Point and Kundala Lake before exploring Munnar’s local market and the historic Christ Church. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Munnar.

Day 4:

Munnar – Thekkady

Check out from your hotel and travel to Thekkady, home to the forests and wildlife-rich surroundings of the Periyar region. The drive passes through plantations, forested hills, and small settlements.

Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and relax. Later, enjoy a motorboat ride on Periyar Lake, where you may see elephants, deer, birds, and other wildlife near the shoreline, depending on natural conditions.

Optional experiences such as guided nature walks, bamboo rafting, and other forest activities may also be arranged, subject to availability and additional charges. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Thekkady.

Day 5:

Thekkady – Alleppey

Travel towards Alleppey, also known as Alappuzha, for one of the most romantic experiences of your Kerala honeymoon. Upon arrival, board a traditional houseboat and settle into your private accommodation.

Cruise through Kerala’s backwaters while passing coconut palms, paddy fields, canals, village homes, and small local boats. Spend time together on the deck and watch everyday life unfold along the waterways.

Enjoy meals prepared aboard the houseboat as per the selected package. The evening brings peaceful backwater views and a memorable sunset before your overnight stay on the Alleppey houseboat.

Day 6:

Alleppey – Kovalam

Disembark from the houseboat in the morning and proceed by road to Kovalam, one of Kerala’s best-known beach destinations. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and take some time to relax.

Spend the day exploring Kovalam’s beaches. You can walk along the coast, swim, sunbathe, or choose from available water sports. Couples may also opt for an Ayurvedic massage or wellness treatment at one of the local centres.

In the evening, admire the sunset, enjoy fresh coastal cuisine, or browse the local market for spices, handicrafts, and souvenirs. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Kovalam.

Day 7:

Kovalam – Kanyakumari – Kovalam

Begin the day with some leisure time at Kovalam Beach before leaving for an excursion to Kanyakumari, located at the southernmost tip of mainland India.

Explore the coastal surroundings and visit the region’s prominent cultural and religious attractions. The day also includes a visit to Padmanabhapuram Palace, admired for its traditional wooden architecture, courtyards, murals, and historic interiors.
