Itinerary Detail

Day 1:Arrival in Cochin – Transfer to Kumarakom

Arrive at the Cochin airport, here, you'll meet our tour representative who will assist you to the hotel in Kumarakom. Check-in at a backwater resort and relax. Kumarakom is popular for its backwaters and bird-watching experiences. Get ready and move out to explore wildlife and bird species at the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary, also called Vembanad Bird Sanctuary.

Set on the banks of Vembanad Lake, it is home to several species of resident and migratory birds like Indian Darter, Little cormorant, herons, kingfisher species, steppe eagle, osprey, marsh harrier, egrets, garganey teal, and pin-tailed duck. If you are an adventure enthusiast, indulge in adventure activities like water skiing and wind sailing.

Day 2:Kumarakom Sightseeing
