Itinerary Detail

Day 1:Arrival in Leh

Land at Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport, where you’ll be greeted and transferred to your hotel. Spend the day resting and acclimating to Ladakh’s high altitude.

In the late afternoon, visit Shanti Stupa, a stunning white-domed Buddhist monument offering panoramic city views. Stroll through Leh’s local markets in the evening before an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2:Leh – Spituk – Magnetic Hill – Pather Sahib – Leh (71 km / 1.5 hours)

After breakfast, begin your day with a visit to Spituk Monastery, known for its striking location and ancient artifacts. Experience the famous Magnetic Hill, where vehicles appear to roll uphill and witness the breathtaking Indus-Zanskar confluence near Nimoo.

Next, pay your respects at Gurdwara Pather Sahib, an important Sikh pilgrimage site. Return to Leh for an overnight stay.

Day 3:Leh – Pangong Lake – Leh (303 km / 6.5 hours)

Get on a full-day adventure to Pangong Lake, a high-altitude wonder with shimmering blue waters that change hues with the sunlight. Enjoy the surreal beauty before heading back to Leh in the evening. Upon reaching the hotel, explore Leh’s vibrant markets and stay overnight.

Day 4:Leh – Khardung La Pass – Leh (78 km / 2.5 hours)

Today, have your morning meal and then drive to Khardung La Pass, one of the world’s highest motorable roads. Here, you can capture the spectacular Himalayan views.

On the way back, stop at the Indus-Zanskar confluence, pass by Magnetic Hill, and visit Thiksey Monastery, home to the iconic Maitreya Buddha statue. Further, return to Leh for an overnight stay.

Day 5:Monasteries & Palaces of Leh

Day 6:Departure from Leh
