What to See at Mother House

Mother Teresa’s Tomb

The simple marble tomb of Mother Teresa is located inside the house where she lived and served. Despite its simplicity, visitors often report feeling a profound sense of peace and spiritual energy while paying their respects.

Mother Teresa Museum

The small museum titled “Mother Teresa’s Life, Spirit, and Message” displays her personal belongings, including:
  • Her iconic white and blue-bordered sari
  • Crucifix and rosary
  • Worn sandals
  • Enamel dinner bowl
  • Handwritten letters
