Beach Shack
Beach Shack on the Varca beach is synonymous to its earlier name ‘Sussegado’ that means ‘relax and live’ in local Goan term. Over looking the Arabian Sea beach shore, Beach Shack is a side-open evening meal restaurant. The whole structure is made of wood sparkled in the dim lighting to maintain the warmth and welcome ambiance. This is a seasonal restaurant where master chefs serve the delicacies from North Indian, Thai, Continental and Chinese style of cooking. Your taste buds must be sizzling for pastas, noodles or beef steaks. Or select from the fresh catch sea food displayed including crabs, prawns, and lobsters and let them cook it in your style.
Café Cascada & Lanai
This is a fully air conditioned café-cum-restaurant in the Ramada Beach Resort, overlooking the resort pool. The talking point is the artistic strokes tried on the many curves roof. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets Café Cascada is a fine place for informal conversations and some light moments. The Lanai Lounge is at the ground level for your choice of drinks. The type of food you can order is among traditional Goan and Continental cuisine. The most mouth watering dishes to try on are Pork Chops, Goan Fish Curry Rice, Pastas and Continental Steaks.
Carnaval
Carnaval welcomes the authentic Indian food lovers. The restaurant is open for dinner only. It is fully air conditioned and has a unique romantic style of interiors look with its colorful flowers, green hanging plants and sensual candle lit tables and love inspiring wall paintings by local artists. The dishes served have traditional Indian spices and flavors inspired from all parts of the country. The best delicacies to try on are Murgh Makhani, Kadhai Lobster, Chicken Tikka Masala well complimented with exotic choices of wines and spirits. But you can’t say No to Matka Kulfi!
Castaways
Castaways has received a special attention for its setting at the Resort. With pool on one side and sea waves lapping the other side, it creates its own moments of magic. This open area seasonal restaurant has a unique style of roof shade. Guests can feast on Italian and Mughlai delicacies. Grilled Chicken Tandoori, Tandoori Seafood, Fried fish, Paneer Veg Curries are a not to miss food items. Or take a cocktail of your choice for a stroll on beach and let loose yourself in the live music performance.
Atrium Bar
A very unique concept bar is setup in the lobby of the Caravela resort. The design of the bar is inspired from Portuguese culture with curved roofs and lofted ceilings standing on pillars. The interiors, decors, floor design and furnishing, maintain a warm and relax ambiance of it own. Meant for informal conversation & chit chats, this is a perfect place to let loose yourself in the soft music with a cocktail of your choice. Make new company or invite your buddies to sip on Pina Colada, Caravela Paradise Margarita or Daiquiri.
Island Bar
Open during day time, Island Bar is nicely constructed above the pool at its center. Take your swimming turns in the pool and swim up to the bar for Pina Colada or Margarita to re-energize your holiday spirits. Or grab a pool side bed and lay yourself for a long hour sunbathe with exotic beverages and chilled beer. The Island bar is a nice concept of a hut shape placed above the blue water, surrounded with lush greenery and palms by the beach side.
Sunset Bar
Sunset Bar is the bar for a memorable sunset evening at Varca Beach in Ramada Resort. Sunset Bar is along side the sea shore with frequent laps of waves making a mesmerizing sound after touching its side, for the guests to flow in. It is an exact replica of a makeshift structure made out of wood on beach for shade. Grab your table under the roof or take one of the deck chairs on the beach with a glass of soothing Mojitos and Pina Colada. To raise spirits of the evening local expert singers will be entertaining you with their singing.
