It was planned to include six marinas, homes built on stilts above the water, a grand water park named Sea Village, and boardwalks that spell out the Arabic poems written by Sheikh Mohammed. By looking at its current schedule, it is going to introduce the first phase of four theme parks that would have opened on crescent into the shape of an orca. Sea World, Aquatica, Busch Gardens, and Discovery Cove have included parks that come in the phase. These parks are called World of Discovery and would offer a great experience for tourists. Apart from that, the developers of this island planned to set up a home for around 2,50,000 people on it. Palm Jebel Ali is still under construction and closed for tourists.
