Best fit: October to March, when Delhi, Agra, Jaipur and Udaipur are comfortable for sightseeing and Ranthambore National Park is open for wildlife safaris.

Also possible: April to June can work well for travellers particularly interested in wildlife. Ranthambore remains open, but daytime temperatures across Rajasthan can be quite high.

Avoid: July to September is not ideal for this particular itinerary because Ranthambore National Park remains closed during the monsoon period.
