Itinerary Detail

Day 1:

Arrival Delight – Delhi

Upon reaching Delhi, you will be greeted by our tour representative and escorted to your hotel. After checking in, the remainder of the day is free to relax or explore the city on your own. The hotel will serve you a warm dinner, and then you’ll retire to your room.

Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2:

Explore the Sights – Delhi

After breakfast, set out for a full-day exploration of Delhi’s tourist attractions. The first on your travel map is Qutub Minar, a remarkable UNESCO World Heritage Site celebrated for its intricate stonework. Then you’ll head to Humayun’s Tomb, a magnificent Mughal-era monument whose architectural style influenced the design of the Taj Mahal.

Later, visit the Lakshmi Narayan Temple, also known as Birla Mandir, a serene place of worship dedicated to Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi. From here, drive past India Gate, the city’s prominent war memorial honouring Indian soldiers.

In the afternoon, head into Old Delhi to experience its lively atmosphere. Wander through the bustling lanes of Chandni Chowk, famous for its traditional markets and local flavours. You will also stop at Raj Ghat, the memorial of Mahatma Gandhi, and Jama Masjid, one of India’s largest mosques.

By evening, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 3:

Journey to Agra (242 km/ 4 hours approx.)

Begins with a satisfying breakfast. Then you’ll be checking out and starting to Agra. Upon arrival, your sightseeing begins with a visit to the Taj Mahal, the white-marble wonder built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife. It’s ethereal how the monument changes hues with the shifting light and is especially striking in the early morning, at dusk, and under a full moon. After exploring the complex, you will proceed to your hotel, check in, and unwind for the night with a well-deserved rest.

Day 4:

Through the History to the Wild – Ranthambore (305 km/ 6 hours approx.)

Fill up with a satisfying breakfast before checking out of the hotel and beginning the road journey from Agra to Ranthambore. Along the way, stop to explore Fatehpur Sikri, the former Mughal capital known for its well-preserved architecture. Highlights of the complex include the towering Buland Darwaza, the serene Jama Masjid, and the revered Tomb of Salim Chishti. You may also walk through Mariam-uz-Zamani’s Palace, admire the tiered design of Panch Mahal, and see Birbal’s Palace.

After the visit, continue your drive towards Ranthambore. Once a royal hunting reserve of the Jaipur rulers, Ranthambore National Park is now sought for its rich wildlife and historic setting. In Ranthambore, check in at your resort and settle in for a peaceful overnight stay.

Day 5:

Safari Adventure – Ranthambore

Set out early for a morning wildlife safari in Ranthambore, when the forest is at its most active and alive with sounds. As you explore the park, you may come across a rich mix of flora – dhok trees, banyan, peepal, and open grasslands that support diverse wildlife. Keep an eye out for sambar and chital deer, nilgai, wild boar, langurs, and a variety of birds, with the thrilling possibility of spotting a Bengal tiger moving through its territory. After this exhilarating drive, return to the hotel for breakfast and some time to relax.

In the afternoon, head back into the park for another safari, because in Ranthambore, one ride is exciting, but two is absolutely exhilarating! After spending the day immersed in the wilderness, return to the resort and settle in for a good night’s rest.

Day 6:

Road to Jaipur (170 km/ 4 hours approx.)

Begin day six of your Golden Triangle Trip with Ranthambore with a wholesome breakfast, after which you will set off on a scenic road journey to Jaipur. On arrival, check in at your hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure, allowing time to relax after the drive. But if you say ‘who rests during a vacation?’, well, you can always go around and explore the markets on your own, buy souvenirs, eat mouth-watering local delicacies and have eventful conversations with the locals.

Lovely dinner and overnight stay at Jaipur.

Day 7:

City Marvels – Jaipur

Don’t skip your breakfast because day 7 is packed with experiences from start to finish. Once you are ready, set out on a guided tour of Jaipur. Your first stop is Amber Fort, rising above the Aravalli hills, where ornate gateways, spacious courtyards, and the glittering Sheesh Mahal reveal the lifestyle of the Rajput rulers. From here, move on to the distinctive Hawa Mahal, famously designed with 953 latticed windows that allow cool air to circulate through the five-storey structure. The journey continues to the City Palace, a splendid blend of Mughal and Rajasthani design that forms the historic core of Jaipur. Nearby, explore Jantar Mantar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site featuring astronomical instruments created to observe celestial movements.

After an enriching day of sightseeing, come back to your hotel for the night’s stay.

Day 8:

Departure Journey – Delhi (307 km/ 5 hours approx.)
