Marma Abhyanga: Ideal for restoring the mind and body balance. It also stimulates the natural cleansing processes in the body.
Udwarthanam: This is a dry herbal powder massage that aids in the slimming and toning the body.
Pada Abhyanga: This is the foot and leg therapy where finger and thumb pressures are used to stimulate specific reflex points.
Other such effective massage treatments comprise of Kalpa Moksha, Traditional Foot Massage, Netra Raksha and Bhuja Raksha.
Facial and Skin Treatments:
Traditional Marma Facial: In this 60 minute treatment, the marma points or the vital energy points of the body and the face are stimulated which induces a feeling of deep relaxation. People who have a mature skin type should ideally go in for this treatment.
Amritham Herbal Facial: This is a complete facial therapy that is designed to ameliorate skin related problems. In this therapy, Dosha-specific products are used to cleanse the skin of the toxins and restore its balance.

Sarvangadhara:Two Ayurvedic therapists are required to administer this treatment. Lukewarm herbal oils are applied all over the body in a slow and light manner. This treatment helps to boost the immunity system and arrest the aging process.
