  • Arrive at Bagdogra Airport, where our tour representative will meet you and assist with your transfer to Gangtok.
  • Enjoy the drive through the Himalayan foothills before reaching Gangtok.
  • On arrival, check in at the hotel and unwind.
  • Spend the rest of the day at leisure or explore nearby areas at your own pace.

Departure: Gangtok

  • After breakfast, head to Tsomgo Lake, a high-altitude glacial lake surrounded by rugged Himalayan landscapes.
  • Continue to Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir, built in memory of Indian Army soldier Harbhajan Singh.
  • After sightseeing, drive back to Gangtok.
  • Spend the evening exploring MG Marg or shopping at the local markets.

Avoid: July and August receive heavier monsoon rainfall. Mountain roads can be affected by landslides, roadblocks and delays, so these months are less suitable.

  • Tsomgo Lake is at high altitude, so temperatures can be considerably lower than in Gangtok. Carry adequate warm clothing.
